Appointments, both bridal and bridesmaids, are booked for 1 hour, on the hour. This gives our sales associate a chance to devote her total attention to you and your party during this time period. We kindly ask that you please come on time as we likely have another appointment booked the following hour for another customer.

If you are unable to make it to your appointment, please call us and we will be happy to set up another time that is convenient for you.

When you enter our boutique we kindly ask that you remove your shoes at the front of the store before entering the showroom area. The reason we ask that is to simply keep our sample wedding dresses and their long white trains as clean and beautiful as possible, so that you, our customer, have a nice clean gown to try on. We apologize if this is an inconvenience to you and it is not our intention to offend anyone, but we believe that it is in the best interests of all of our future customers. We assure you that we keep the floor spotless and we provide slippers at the front of the store for your convenience. You are also welcome to bring your own slippers to your appointment.

Similarly to the point above, we kindly ask that you please clean your hands with the hand wipes that will be provided to you when you enter the showroom. Again, this is to preserve the cleanliness of our sample wedding dresses as much as possible and we sincerely hope it does not offend anyone.

There is paid parking on Bloor Street in front of our store. There is a Green P parking lot behind the building that is across the street from our store (accessible from Riverview Gardens, runs north of Bloor Street). There is also parking to the east of our store, on the south side of Bloor Street at the intersection with Jane Street.

For wedding dresses purchased with us, we offer full in-store alteration services performed by our experienced and very detail oriented seamstress. For bridesmaids dresses purchased with us we offer offsite alterations performed by a very experienced seamstress a few blocks away from our location.

Please be advised that it takes approximately 6 months from the time of wedding dress order until pick up and approximately 3 months for bridesmaids, evening wear and prom dresses. This timeframe may vary among various designers and it includes time for alterations. There are also rush delivery options available for a fee to accelerate the order which can cut down the delivery time to some extent. Please call us or email us for more details as these times are approximate and can vary depending on designers and gowns in stock. We encourage you to give yourself enough time to avoid unnecessary stress in planning your BIG day.
