• When coming via the Gardiner from the west (i.e. heading east towards downtown Toronto), please take the Lake Shore Blvd West exit and continue on Lake Shore heading east. Next make a left at Parkside Dr. and continue heading north along High Park to your left. Next, make a right at Bloor Street. Our store is located on the north side of Bloor, just past the Indian Rd intersection.

• Wedding gown and bridesmaids trials are by appointment only. We believe that this is best way to provide the appropriate level of service, attention and information that we feel our customers deserve and indeed that bridal and bridesmaids shopping requires.

• We do our best to accommodate walk-ins based on change room and staff availability, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accept a party, particularly during the busy season and on weekend. We recommend booking an appointment.

• Appointments for wedding dress trials are 1.5 hours and for bridesmaids dress trials 1 hour. This gives our sales associate a chance to devote her total attention to you and your party during this time period. Please use our appointment booking form or call us. We kindly ask that you please come 10 - 15 minutes early to register at our front desk and get comfortable before the appointment.

If you are unable to make it to your appointment, please call us and we will be happy to set up another time that is convenient for you. We would appreciate you letting us know in advance, particularly during the busy season and on weekends, as we often have people on the waiting list for an appointment.

When you enter our boutique we kindly ask that you remove your shoes at the front of the store before entering the showroom area. The reason we ask that is to simply keep our sample wedding dresses and their long white trains as clean and beautiful as possible, so that you, our customer, have a nice clean gown to try on. We apologize if this is an inconvenience to you and it is not our intention to offend anyone, but we believe that it is in the best interests of all of our future customers. We assure you that we keep the floor spotless and we provide slippers at the front of the store for your convenience. You are also welcome to bring your own slippers to your appointment.

Similarly to the point above, we kindly ask that you please clean your hands with the hand wipes that will be provided to you when you enter the showroom. Again, this is to preserve the cleanliness of our sample wedding dresses as much as possible and we sincerely hope it does not offend anyone.

• Street parking on Bloor Street in front of the store. There is pay parking on Bloor at a rate of $1.50/hr during the week and on Saturdays. There is NO PARKING BETWEEN 4PM & 6PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY! Parking is FREE after 6PM and all day Sunday.

• Green P parking lot, by the Keele Street TTC station, accessible by Indian Rd (half a block west from our store). There is a flat rate of $4/day from Monday to Friday and parking is FREE on weekends.

• Blue P parking by the Dundas Street West TTC station, accessible by Dorval Rd. (half a block east from our store). Rates are $1.00/hr with a 2 hour minimum, seven days a week.

1. No Refunds, No Exchanges and No Cancellations once a new order has been placed.
2. Minimum 70% deposit is required when placing an order.
3. Balance payment is due when the ordered dress arrives.
4. Balance must be paid by cash, debit or credit card - No cheques nor AMEX accepted.
5. Off-the-rack dresses are sold as is and full payment is required.
6. Purchased gowns can be stored free of charge for up to one year after the wear date. Once a full calendar year (I.e 365 days) has passed, the gown is considered forfeited and property of Jealous Bridesmaids.
7. Measurements are only disclosed at time of purchase (but can be stored on file should you wish to place your order via phone at a later date). Should you only wish to be measured and not place an order at all, measuring consultation fees are $30 plus HST.
